Overview

buildersklub (opens in a new tab) runs Berlin AI Day, one of the leading automation and AI events in Germany, where companies share how they really use AI to grow: what worked, what failed and the actual results. I designed the event website for desktop and mobile, from the homepage and agenda to past editions, meetups and partnerships.

Problem

The old website was in need of an upgrade. It no longer matched the scale of the event, and the brand behind it looked dated next to the companies and speakers it was bringing together.

Process

The project started with the brand. I refreshed the look of buildersklub and Berlin AI Day into something more modern: a dark base, a bright lime accent, and real photography from past editions so the energy of the event comes through.

I then redesigned the website for desktop and mobile around it. The homepage leads with what to expect, the three tracks and the speakers, and has a second version for once the event is over that points to what's next. The agenda can be filtered by track and stage, past editions keep their programmes and talks available, and partners have their own page to get in touch. Scroll inside each preview to see the full page.
